Warranty Policy
At Budi, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing a reliable and satisfying experience for every customer. That’s why we offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on most of our mobile accessories.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Product malfunctions that occur during normal, intended use
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from budi-tech.com or authorized Budi resellers.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. fraying cables, cosmetic scratches)
- Loss or theft of the product
- Damage due to improper installation or use not in accordance with the instructions
Warranty Period
All eligible Budi products are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase. To file a claim, a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is required.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim:
- Contact our support team at support@budi-tech.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or video of the product.
- Our team will review your case and provide instructions for replacement or resolution.
- If approved, we will send you a replacement product at no extra cost.
Replacements
Approved warranty claims will result in a replacement of the same or equivalent item, depending on product availability. We do not offer cash refunds under warranty claims.
Final Notes
- The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
- This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by location.
